processing time
The item processing time is the time from receiving your order to dispatch. After receiving your order, we conduct strict quality control and testing to ensure the quality of the product to your satisfaction before dispatch. It usually takes 2-7 working days to process your order. However, please note that the processing time may also be affected by the stock level of individual items, the season, national holidays, etc.
*If you would like to cancel an item in your order, simply send us a request via email or contact form. We will get back to you within 24 hours. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped, allow changes or make address changes.

Where can I find my tracking number?
